Before you start your day, sit with closed eyes for just 3 minutes in your bed. Put one hand flat on the top of your breast bone and feel your breathing. Open your eyes and enjoy your day!

#5 Immersion in Music: “Let Yourself be Moved”
Duration: 5-10 min.
Choose a music that you like.
Stand still in the room with eyes closed. If that does not work, keep them about one-third open, looking downwards to the ground. If you feel safe, a blindfold can be an effective amplifier.
Now let the music enter so that it flows throughout your whole body. Sense your body and let it go with the music intuitively, no matter how. Let yourself be moved by the music. Actually, the music moves you. Most importantly: Enjoy!
According to your discretion, say after 5 to 15 minutes, let the movement soften and smoothly taper off, just sliding out. In the same way it came into your body, it can also leave again.
Then after, rest while standing. If you feel that your body is completely silent again, open your eyes, regardless of how long it takes.
