I would like to invite you to a meditation workshop that is dedicated to your body's actual needs.
You will be introduced to a variety of body-orientated meditation and awareness methods as well as meditative movement sequences which are going to enable you to come into contact with your inner silence. Rather than sitting and contemplating, you will experience how active movement can be used to calm down, become centred and quiet. Simple yet powerful self-help tools can be easily integrated into your daily life.
The workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators as well.
Movement meditations have a wide range of benefits on your musculoskeletal system, your blood circulation and your whole metabolism. Last but not least, they are enjoyable, fulfilling and revitalising.
