I am an internationally working and London-based Body-Mind therapist and Meditation mentor from Germany specialising in tailor-made stress management, Feldenkrais Method and body-orientated meditation techniques.
I am also an author of books about meditation and health and the founder of the BMDe® process (Body-Mind-Deprogramming).
I call what I do “BodyWareness” because, from my perspective, when it comes to health and well-being, awareness of one’s body is the key for any long-lasting change.
I have been working for 20 years with clients from various walks of life, from various nationalities, backgrounds and cultures. And in doing so I have treated many different health conditions, mainly stress and stress-related disorders or chronic pain.
"BodyWareness' captures a new generation of treatments and sessions which combine the gentle techniques of the Feldenkrais Method with simple yet efficient body awareness tools, body-orientated meditation techniques and health counselling.
The intervention is based on well documented research, which shows that the nervous system – including the human brain – with its incredible capacity to rewire itself, responds very clearly to awareness-based methods and conscious inner exploration.
A dream came true in 2015: I have launched my first book about body-orientated meditation "Meditation: Body Bliss & Inner Glow".
The Ebook "Inner Pearls for Body & Being" has been published in December 2016.
My next book about meditation and chronic pain (in German language) will be out on 24 April 2017. Another book is already in the making. Publishing date: October 2017. Please check this page for updates. I trust that I'll find an English publisher for the books very soon.
