Sitting or lying, with closed eyes, imagine, that the muscles of your entire body start melting like ice cream in the sun. Let them melt ..., and melt ..., and melt. Then, rest for a few minutes. Enjoy this miraculous feeling of being melt und then, reorganise your body in a conscious way.
