In this workshop you will be introduced to a variety of movement meditations and movement sequences of Feldenkrais Method which are going to enable you to relax your body and mind. Rather than sitting and contemplating, you will experience how conscious movements can be used to calm down, become centred and quiet.
The workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators as well.
By especially structured movement sequences, you will be guided step by step into a state of calmness and inner silence.
