In this course, I am going to introduce you to a range of intriguing Feldenkrais movement sequences that reconnect you with your body’s sensory-motor experiences of the first year of your life.
These experiences are the blue-print for your individual way of sensing and perceiving yourself and colour the way you move, feel, act and react today. The thing is that they are stored in the unconscious part of our brain and thus, cannot be remembered.
This course is a chance to change and amend them according to your individual nature and your true being. By re-living these experiences, you pay attention to your unconditioned needs.
This course presents a unique and modern fusion of Feldenkrais movements with OSHO Active Meditations and self-awareness techniques. It is an invitation to a journey in the depth of your inner world that gives you a fresh way of self-expression and a clear sense for yourself.

This is an opportunity to meet me and to know my way of working better.
I will give you a practical introduction into my awareness and meditation based work, on Feldenkrais method and Osho’s approach to meditation. I will also demonstrate a one-to-one Feldenkrais session in “Functional Integration” that can be booked whether you participate in the course or not. You can ask questions and get a first impression of this rarely taught work.

Using your senses and the neuroplasticity of the brain, this hands-on session reorganises your nervous system in a gentle, light and authentic way.
There is nothing for you to do. Just close your eyes, feel and sense the inner miracles.
Body Awareness Impulse Counselling (without physical touch)
If you’re faced with health conditions, pain or stress and if you long for fresh impulses based on a refined sense for your bodies needs, this condensed session might help you to reconnect with your body's inherent resources.
